Pattern Corrections: Yes, there are sometimes that we make a mistake. As much as we strive to make sure every pattern is correct - sometimes those little typos or incorrect measurements sneak by us. I will be updating this page as much as I can and hopefully this page will be able to help you.
Ted’s Dynasty: on the cutting instructions for Cobalt (Seahorses - V5260-17) the printed directions call for cutting 4 - 6-7/8 squares on point, the actual direction should be 4-1/2” x 4-1/2” squares cut on point.
On Flying Wild - some typos snuck in….
The correct cutting instructions for Light Gray/Charcoal is
Cut 10 - 3” x WOF strips, Subcut 24 - 3” x 4-1/2” rectangles (Flying Geese B)
Cut 13 - 1-3/4” x WOF strip, Subcut 16 - 1-3/4” x 8-1/2” strips (Flying Geese I)
In Raven/Slate the correct cutting for Flying Geese B is Subcut 8 - 4-3/4” x 3-3/4” rectangles — not 4-4-3/4” x 3-13/4”. Thats what you get for typing too fast. Also in Raven/Slate under Cut 1 - 2-3/4 x WOF strips it should be cut 2 - 2-3/4 x WOF strips, because you need to subcut 8 - 2-3/4 x 4-1/4 rectangles for Flying Geese F (one of those pesky flying geese flew off and I missed the count)
The pattern file has been corrected.
Dandy’s Garden - I forgot one whole line in the cutting instructions
In the Burgundy section - you need to cut 2 - 2” x WOF strips, subcut them into 36 - 2” x 2” squares for unit A6
In the Barn Red section - cut 9 - 7-1/4” x 7-1/4” cutting along the diagonal both ways for 36 quarter square triangles (D1)
In Eucalyptus section - cut 4 - 3-7/8” x WOF strips, then subcut 36 - 3-7/8 x 3-7/8 squares (B3, C3, D3)
The pattern has been corrected. And the quilt has been put together and looks great.
DRAGONFLY FLOWER PATTERN
It has come to my attention that the ACTUAL PRODUCED panel size is 23-1/2” x 43-1/2” In pattern, I used the measurements of 24-1/2” x 42-1/2” for the center panel.
There will be a correction in the cutting instructions for Purple Bubbles (DP23877-89) and a change in the Border 1 directions.
Cutting instructions:
Fussy cut the panel to 23-1/2” x 41-1/2”
For the Purple Bubbles - you will need to cut 12 - 1-1/2” x WOF strips, and cut 4 - 2” x WOF strips.
Border 1 instructions: Using the 2” x WOF strips - subcut the strips to 2” x 41-1/2” strips and sew to the sides of the center panel. Sew the 2” x 26-1/2” to the top and bottom of the center panel - at this point the panel and new borders will measure at 26-1/2” x 44-1/2”.
These new measurements will compensate for the size differences in the produced panel.
The pattern has been corrected.
FLOSSIES FLOWERS
A very kind pattern purchaser found a couple of errors in Flossie’s Flowers.
In the Silhouettes Yellow cutting section - a whole line was left out for unit C1. You will need to cut 1 - 3-7/8” x WOF strip and subcut the strip into 8 - 3-7/8” x 3-7/8” squares. Then cut the squares on the diagonal for 16 half square triangles (C1)
SEDONA VIEW
There is a mistake in the Cutting instructions for Unit A2 in the Tan Texture section. The 14 - 4-1/4” x 4-1/4” squares should be cut both ways for 56 A2 triangles. The pattern has been corrected.
Border Stripe - there is an issue with the DP28248-37 large Border Stripe - I was under the impression that there were enough repeats to cut all four borders using the lenght of fabric shown on the Fabric requirements on the cover sheet. It turns out that there is not enough repeats to cover all four borders. Therefore, the bottom border will have to be pieced together. I put together an instruction sheet for the borders. You will need to increase the border requirement from 2-1/2 yards to 3 yards. The pattern cover has been revised.

SEDONA STAR SPIRIT
The pattern instructions require fussy cutting the A1 Cacti block center at 16 inches ON POINT - the 16” is the diagonal measurement of an 11-1/4” x 11-1/4” square. The pattern calls for 3/4 yard for the DP28243-49 Cacti, with careful fussy cutting you can get all 4 A1 squares, if needed for the 4th A1 square, add a Fat Quarter of the Cacti Fabric or increase the yardage requirements for the cacti to 7/8 yards.
